Room Update

I FINALLY got the bedding for Carson's room! I feel like I have been waiting forever for it to come in. I was so excited to finally put it on his bed, I think it looks great. I am still waiting on the prints to go above his bed and after that there are only a few small details I want to add and it will be complete. Here are some pictures of his bedding.

We went to Bass Pro Shops to see Santa this year. We have been to see Santa in different places over the years and this seems to be the boys favorite place to go. Here are some pictures of our night at Bass Pro

He's Back....

Our Elf On the Shelf, Eli came back on December 1st. Walker and Carson were so excited that he was back and ready to see the crazy places he would hide this year. This year when he came back he was swinging from the chandelier with a note in his hand..... Here are a few pictures of Eli and the places we have found him so far.....

It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Christmas

I love the holidays, but Christmas is definitely my favorite. Christmas is one time of the year that I know I will get to see all of my family! And I love all the decorations that go along with the Christmas season.
As soon as Thanksgiving was over I put up our Christmas tree. I love turning the lights on at night and just sitting in front of the tree....it's just so cozy : )I don't consider myself to be a great decorator so although I love Christmas decorations I usually keep them to a minimum in our house (sometimes to much can be a little overwhelming)....

THANKFUL Thanksgiving

I have so much to be thankful for today and everyday! 

I am so thankful for God and knowing that he forgives me no matter the mistakes I have made! 

I am thankful for my husband who sacrifices so much for me and our two boys we are truly blessed and I hope that this is something I never take for granted!!

I am thankful for my boys, they are the light of my life and I am forever grateful that I was chosen to be their mama! 

The list could go on and on with things that I am thankful for. This year I feel as though things have been put in perspective more than years past and for whatever reason I hope that I can continue to be grateful for the things I have and always remember to count my many blessings!

Carson's Big Boy Room

I am so excited to be redoing Carson's room! I have been wanting to do something different in there for awhile, but I have ExPeNsIvE taste! So, I have left it kinda plain because I couldn't get what I wanted. Now, I have decided to do things a little at a time and eventually it will all come together (or so I hope). Here are a few pictures of the beginning stages of his room makeover : )
